Our client a global financial services firm are seeking to recruit a client service manager within their non-profit making department. This role has an aim of targeting the sales activity in the South-East of the country. The remainder (approx 25%) of this role will involve acting as technical support on a national basis ensuring that the staff within the charitable area are fully trained and the candidate will assist in writing technical and training material.
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to manage the audit of a portfolio of charity and non-profit making clients. This will include the audit planning, budget setting, fee negotiating, staff planning, supervision, project management, report writing, presentation to clients and reporting to a range of partners. - Also be responsible for liaising with other areas of the firm and prompting cross selling of the firms services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a charity and non profit sector in a professional practice with significant clients. - The individual will have 5 years post qualification experience - Management experience of a small team - ACA or CA qualified - Degree qualified
The successful candidate will have strong administrative capabilities. He*she will also re-arrange time to help others so effective time management is essential. Project management experience is a must.
